5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TopColoringPages has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI technology to create original coloring page illustrations. These are unique works generated from text descriptions and are not reproductions of existing copyrighted material.

If you believe that AI-generated content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice following the procedures described in Section 2 above. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis.

7. Third-Party Trademarks & Character-Inspired Content

Some coloring pages on TopColoringPages are inspired by popular characters from television, film, video games, and other media. These pages are original AI-generated illustrations created as fan art and are not copies or reproductions of copyrighted works.

• All character names, logos, and associated trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.
• TopColoringPages is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any trademark holders whose characters may inspire our fan art illustrations.
• Our AI-generated illustrations are original works that take creative inspiration from popular themes and characters, but do not reproduce copyrighted artwork.
